School of Tropical Medicine, Kolkata, West Bengal

Established in 1921, the School of Tropical Medicine is situated at Chittaranjan Avenue in Kolkata (Calcutta), West Bengal state of India. It was formed by Leonard Rogers, the then professor of pathology at the Calcutta Medical College.

The School of Tropical Medicine is under the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. The establishment of this school is considered to be an important landmark in the development and research in tropical medicine in India.
