Dakshineswar Temple, Kolkata
Dakshineswar Temple, a Navaratna (nine jewels) temple devoted to goddess Kali, is located on the bank of the holy river of Hindus, Ganga, in Kolkata or Calcutta. It is one of the renowned pilgrim places in Kolkata city in West Bengal state. The temple was built by Rani Rashmoni in 19th century.
