Bhapa Pitha or Steamed Rice Cake of Bengal

Eevn though it takes more time than a basic simple breakfast, it is completely worth the effort. Jayadeva Mela or Joydev Mela is an annual festival held at Kenduli, a village in the West Bengal state of India.
