Mulagandha Kutty Vihara, Sarnath
Mulagandha Kutty Vihara is a prime destination of worship, located in Sarnath near Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh state of India. It was erected by Anagari Dharampala of Mahabodhi Society of India. Inaugurated in 1931, the famous wall paintings here are made by Kosetsu Nosu, Japan's foremost painter and a rich repository of Buddhist literature. The serene atmosphere in this place draws the attention of the world Buddhist community and they use to visit this ‘Vihara’ whenever they get time.
