Agra fort, Uttar Pradesh
Agra fort, an ageless example of Mughal art and architecture, is a huge complex built of red sandstone with four gates and double walls. Constructed by the Mughal emperor Akbar the Great, the fort is situated towards the east of Agra city in Uttar Pradesh, India. The interior walls and roofs of the buildings in the fort are decorated with beautiful carvings and paintings of Mughal culture.
Listed as one of the UNESCO World heritage sites, Agra fort houses a number of small palaces and monuments like Pearl Mosque, Jehangir Palace, Diwan-I-Am, Khas Mahal and Palace of Mirrors. Featured in this video is the entrance of Agra fort.
