Sheep, since ancient times is usually kept as a livestock. The wool of a sheep is the most widely used animal fibre, which is collected by a process called shearing, usually done once a year. This video features the making of woollen thread by a native of Uttarakhand, a State in India; also known as the 'Land of Gods.'
