Crocodile in Ranthambore National Park, Rajasthan
Ranthambore National Park, a renowned wildlife sanctuary, is one of the largest national parks in north India.Situated in Sawai Madhopur district in Rajasthan, Ranthambore is one of the important Tiger Reserves of India.
This video clip features a crocodile ambling in the park which sprawls over 1,334 sq km. The site where the park is now situated was once the hunting ground of the Maharajas of Jaipur.
Today Ranthambore National Park, which obtained its status as a National Park in 1981, is the shelter for many endangered species of animals along with a huge variety of other animals, birds and reptiles.
