Vaiseshika
Kanada’s Vaiseshika Sutra composed in the earlier part of the 4th century BC, is the basic text of Vaiseshika system.
According to Vaiseshika philosophy everything that exists is divided into seven categories: Substance, Quality, Activity, Generality, Particularity, Inherence and Non-existence. Atomism or the theory of which says that all material objects are formed of atoms is the significant part of this doctrine. Vaiseshika also comes under the group of orthodox philosophies.
