Urdhva means upwards and Mukha means face. In this form of Paschimottanasana,
yoga pose, the face is turned upwards and the body balances upon the buttocks.
Sit on the floor with legs stretched straight in front. Catch the toes with your hands. Exhale and stretch the legs straight up and pivot on your buttocks. After stabilizing in the position try to hold the pose for a while. Afterwards, release the toes and hold the heels.
