Subarna Rekha, a river on the eastern side of India. The Chhotanagpur plateau in the state of Jharkhand is the source of this river. Ranchi, the capital of this state is on the banks of Subarna Rekha. It crosses into the state of
West Bengal and then to Orissa where it falls into the Bay of Bengal at Talsari. It has a flowing course of 450 kilometers and at the industrial city of Jamshedpur, the river Kharkai joins the Subarana Rekha.
