An annual growing up to 1.5m. For burn sesame oil and coconut oil mixed in equal proportion is applied. Extract of any hair promoting plant like vitex negundo boiled in sesame oil promote hair growth. As massage oil it rejuvenates the skin. Seed poultice is applied over ulcers, burns and scalds. Oil mixed with equal quantity of lemon juice is a remedy for burns and scalds.
