Babul Tree
Botanical name - Acacia arabica

Small evergreen tree upto 7m in height found in dry places of India. Burnt leaves mixed with coconut oil can be used as skin cream against skin diseases. Gum of the tree mixed with egg white is applied over blister. Powdered pod is used as astringent. The gum of this tree has soothing effect on the skin and allays skin irritation.
