Ooty 's St. Stephen's Church

The St. Stephen's Church, one of the oldest churches in the Nilgiris dates back to the days of Rt. Hon'ble Stephen Rumbold Lushington, the then Governor of Madras. The church is situated on the Mysore road, near the Collectorate in Ooty, Tamil Nadu state, India. This old church was thrown open to public communion on Easter Sunday-April 3, 1831.
