Jalebi, a popular sweet snack being made in one of the street shops in Ajmer, State of Rajasthan in India is what you see in this video. It is a fried snack, soaked in sugar syrup, which is usually prepared in the households during celebrations such as Diwali and Holi. One can also get Jalebis from the local teashops especially in north India.
