Jaigarh Fort, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Jaigarh Fort also known as Victory Fort, built during the reign of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II is located on a rocky hill in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The architecture of the fort is a fine example of medieval fort architecture and it comes under the category of Hill Fort.

The fort consists of chambers, courtyards with Araish plastered walls and a beautiful garden. The most important attraction of the Fort is the Canon Foundry and the Jai Ban (Jaivan) cannon which is the world's largest cannon on wheels.
