Jallianwala Bagh at Amritsar
Jallianwala Bagh is a garden located in Amritsar in Punjab state, India. It houses a memorial named Jallianwala Bagh Memorial which is of national importance. Established in 1951, this memorial is a permanent tribute to the patriots who lost their life at the Amritsar Massacre. Inside this garden one can see the memorial erected in the shape of flame and the place which witnessed the massacre thousands of innocent people by the British on 13th April 1919 by General Dyer.
