Dr. Binayak Sen's Lecture

Dr. Binayak Sen, pediatrician, public health specialist  and human rights activist.  He is associated with the People's Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL) , India. Dr. Sen was born in West Bengal in 1950 , graduated ( M.B.B.S. , M.D.) from CMC Vellore, now resides and works in Taipur in the state of  Chhattisgarh.

This video features Dr. Binayak Sen delivering the D.C. Kizhakemuri Memorial lecture at  A.K.G. Memorial Hall, Thiruvananthapuram on 29 August 2011. The lecutre is an annual event  organised in memory of Dominic Chacko Kizhakemuri, freedom fighter, writer and founder of the  publishing house D C Books, Kottayam, Kerala, India.
