Mawsmai Cave - the longest cave in Meghalaya

One of the major attractions in Meghalaya, a northeastern state of India is the Mawsmai cave. Located in Mawsmai village in East Khasi Hills district, this cave is locally known as Krem Phyllut. Not far from this cave is the Nohsngithiang Falls.

Featured in this video is the entry point of Mawsmai cave, which is situated near Cherrapunji. The cave is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. everyday and one can visit this cave at a reasonable entrance fee.
