Duwan Singh Syiem Viewpoint

Better known as Sohra, Cherrapunji, a Sub-Division in the East Khasi Hills District of Meghalaya, is one of the most visited tourist spots of North Eastern India. The Duwansingh Syiem Bridge is credited as the entrance to Sohra tourist circuit.

The Department of Forest has constructed a viewpoint here for the tourist to enjoy the marvel of this beautiful destination. The locale shows a shift in the landscape as observed in the looming mountains and deep gorges, which together render an all-engulfing taciturn ambience to the place.
