One of the most familiar images of landmarks of Mumbai, Haji Ali Dargah is a mosque and dargah (tomb) located on an islet off the coast of Worli in the Southern part of Mumbai, Maharashtra. The mosque exemplifies the style of Indian Islamic architecture. The dargah which houses the tomb of Sayed Peer Haji Ali Shah Bukhari, is often associated with the legends of doomed lovers.
