Mahalakshmi Racecourse, umbai

Mahalakshmi Racecourse is a horse racing ground in Mumbai (Bombay). This is an oval shaped ground and is situated in the Mahalakshmi area in Mumbai. It is run by Turf club and is leased from Municipal Corporation of Bombay. Mostly, the upper classes in society come here to enjoy horse race. Hot celebrities also visit here.

The season of horse racing starts from November and ends in February every year. During the race season the gallery gets crowded with people who love horse racing. There is a restaurant named ‘Gallops’ near this ground which is mostly filled with rich people.

This restaurant is designed like a palace in which the interior is decorated amazingly and gives an enchanting atmosphere especially with the light arrangements at night. Besides the restaurant, there is a place where you get beer and wine.
