Hanging Garden in Malabar Hill, Mumbai

Situated in Malabar hill - the place where most of the business tycoons of Mumbai city and bollywood film stars reside - the Hanging garden or Ferozshah Mehta Garden is a lush green garden built in 1880. The garden is situated just opposite the Kamala Nehru Park and one can get a spectacular view of sunset over the Arabian Sea.

This garden is fabricated over three reservoirs which pump water for purifying, before it reaches the city for consumption. The total capacity of these reservoirs is 30 million gallons.
