Ajanta Cave No.18, Aurangabad

The Ajanta Caves which includes paintings and sculptures, considered to be masterpieces of Buddhist religious art, is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Shown here is the Cave No. 18 which is merely a porch 19 feet 4 inches by 8 feet 10 inches, with two pillars. There is a cistern below the level of its floor.
