Tomb of Bahu Sahiba
Tombs are not just repositories of the dead. They are cultural symbols reflecting the history, tradition and customs of a civilization. Featured in this video is the tomb of Bahu Sahiba or locally known as Bahu Sahiba Ka Maqbara (maqbara in Arabic means tomb).
Bahu Sahiba’s tomb is one of the tombs in the mausoleum complex at Gwalior in the State of Madhya Pradesh, India. The complex also house the tombs of the great singer – Mia Tansen and his Sufi master Mohammad Ghaus. The tomb of Bahu Sahiba displays the blend of Indian and Mughal architectural styles.
