Kalika Mandir, Bhopal

Kalighat in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh state of India, is a highly devotional area where devotees often flock to seek the blessings of Goddess Kali. Kalika Mandir, believed to be a temple where everyone’s wishes are fulfilled, the shrine was constructed by Shri Shiv Narayan Singh Baghwar with the blessings of Goddess Maa Shri Kalika. Heavy rush is seen here on Tuesdays and Fridays as special rituals are performed during these days.

Nearest railway station: Bhopal Railway station, on the Delhi-Chennai main line. Major trains going from Mumbai to Delhi via Itarsi and Jhansi also go through Bhopal.
