Bhimbetka Rock Shelters

The Bhimbetka rock shelters in the Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh in India is an archaeological World Heritage Site, which depict the evidence of early human life. Located in the foothills of the Vindhyan Mountains, Bhimbetka is also known as Bhima's Lounge.

Featured in this video is the outside view of the Bhimbetka rock shelters, which belong to the Paleolithic and Mesolithic period.

The whole area is covered with thick vegetation and the natural resources include continuous water supply along with good flora and fauna.
