Bhimbetka Rock Shelter 12

The Bhimbetka rock shelters in the Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh in India is an archaeological World Heritage Site, which reveals traces of early human life. Located in the foothills of the Vindhyan Mountains, Bhimbetka is also known as Bhima's Lounge as it is associated with the legendary hero Bhima from the epic Mahabharata.
