Kartar Singh Duggal, Punjabi Writer

Kartar Singh Duggal was born on 1st March 1917 and is a well known Punjabi writer. He has written short stories, poems, novels and plays. He is also a well versed writer in Urdu, Hindi and English.

His famous short stories are Birth of a Song (in English), Come Back My Master (in English), Ikk Chhit Chananh Di (One Drop of Light) and Sonar Bangla (Golden Bungalow). Kandhe Kandhe (Shore Shore) his poetry collection. His famous novels are Sarad Poonam Ki Raat (A Cold Full Moon Night) and Tere Bhanhe (Your Wishes).
