Swami Nithyananda Ashram, Kanhangad

Swami Nithyananda Ashram, an abode of spirituality, is located in Kanhangad not far away from Kasaragod town in the Indian state of Kerala. A spiritual leader, Swami Nithyananda pursued an ascetic life and inspired his devotees to give up material desires. He is one of the great saints of modern India who offered a helping hand to the suffering and removed the spiritual ignorance of a large group of people.

A huge idol of Swami Nithyananda is placed inside the sanctum sanctorum and is worshipped with daily rituals. Various pictures depicting the life and times of Swami Nithyananda are displayed in this sacred spot.
