Guruvayoor Padmanabhan at Sri Subramanya Swami Temple, Changanacherry

This video features Guruvayoor Padmanabhan, a renowned elephant of Kerala being honoured by the people of Changanacherry when he was brought to the place for the annual festival at the Sri Subramanya Swami Temple. Guruvayoor Padmanabhan has all the ideal majestic features required for an elephant.

He is the key attraction when he carries the golden idol of Lord Guruvayoorappa during festive occasions. He was awarded the Gajaraja Pattam, a title given to majestic elephants by Travancore Devaswom Board in 2004.
