Trekking to Chembra Peak, Wayanad

Trekking to Chembra Peak, the highest peak in Wayanad is an amazing experience. Known locally as Chembra Kodumudi, the peak is part of the Wayanad hill ranges in Western Ghats and has a height of 2,100 metres above sea level. There is a heart shaped lake on the way to the top of the peak. It is believed that this lake has never dried up.
