Kovalam, the internationally famous beach destination is a cluster of three crescent beaches lying adjacently.
A wide range of entertainment facilities are available here. Canoeing and cruises in the sea in country boats is one among them. Kovalam has been the popular haunt of European Travellers since the 1930s.The beaches of Kovalam are Lighthouse beach, Eves (Howah in local parlance) beach and Samudra beach.
