Inauguration of Karimpanakattu, Palakkad

Presented here is the inauguration of Karimpanakattu or the Festival of the Winds 2012 by Mr. A.P. Anilkumar, Minister for Tourism, Kerala at Palakkad. Karimpanakattu was a week-long festival organized by jointly by the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) in Palakkad.
