Fern House inside KFRI, Nilambur

Watch this video of Fern House inside the Bioreasources Nature Park developed by Kerala Forest Research Institute (KFRI) at Nilambur in Malappuram district of Kerala. Featuring around 80 species of ferns, the collection of ferns here include endemic, rare, endangered and ornamental ferns. Ferns are considered to be the living dinosours and their ancestors are the source of fossil fuels such as oil and coal that we burn today.
