Padmanabhapuram Palace Part 6

The video is about the museum inside the Padmanabhapuram Palace complex. The palace is noted for its elegance and antiquity and is visited by hundreds every day. The museum here exhibits an array of stone images and sculptures from the southernmost part of Kerala.

The Padmanabhapuram Palace museum is located close to the entrance of the palace complex. The museum has on display inscriptions on metal plate and a large collection of stone inscriptions. Rare collection of weapons used by the army during the earlier days is also on display at this museum.

The palace is located at Thuckalay in the neighbouring State of Tamil Nadu, which is about 65 km from Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala.
