Malabar Mutton Curry (Dried and Sauted)

Ingredients
Cardamom - 20 g
Shallots - 100 g
Curry leaves
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - ½ tsp
Mustard - ¼ tsp
Fennel - ½ tsp
Cinnamon - 10 g
Ginger
Garlic (chopped)
Cloves
Masala - made of ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, coriander powder red chilli powder, cinnamon, clove and fennel
Mutton - 300 g
How to prepare the Malabar Mutton Curry?
Boil the mutton and with the boiled water keep it aside.
Take a pan and heat some oil. Put some mustard and clove to splutter. Next add some curry leaves and shallots and saute till the shallots turn golden brown. Then add the masala paste and stir well. Put some salt and continue stirring. Into this, add the boiled pieces of mutton and cook for some more time by covering the pan with a lid. Next add some curry leaves and oil.
The spicy Malabar mutton curry is ready.
