Yummy banana chips

Banana chips is a not-to-be-missed snack in the Kerala cuisine. The golden crisp banana wafers fried in pure coconut oil are even exported to foreign countries. Though green and ripened bananas are used, the former is more popular.

In Kerala one would come across wayside shops selling a variety of chips in all major towns. As seen in the video, the customers can watch the frying at these shops.
