Lal mahal at Tipu’s Palace, Srirangapatna

Lal Mahal is the ruins of Tipu’s Palace situated north east from Ranganatha Swamy Temple at Srirangapatna in Mysore, Karnataka, India. Lal Mahal, built of magnificent propositions, it contained a huge Audience Hall, the Zenana (Women’s quarter) and a library. Canon balls of iron and stone were also found in the ruins.
