Dharma Peetha, Kudajadri
Kudajadri is a soothing blend of serene greenery and selfless devotion. Least affected by the outside world, this enchanting hillock is a much preferred pilgrim centre and the very environment empties a person of all his worldly woes.
There are many interesting legends associated with this pilgrim centre. It is said that this hillock is a piece which had originally dropped from the hands of Hanuman, the monkey god, when he flew to Lanka carrying the Hemakoota mountain. The fleeting wisps of mist impart Kudajadri with an aura of pure divinity.
Dharma Peetha, the Ashram of Sage Thathata, built in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature is worth a drop by on one’s journey towards Kudajadri.
