Holy bath in Tungabhadra
Tungabhadra River is a holy river in south India, passes across the Deccan plateau in the state of Karnataka; it is the chief tributary of the Krishna River. It is said that every year during Sivaratri festival and Tungabhadra Puskaralu (a festival celebrated once in 12 years) lakhs of people will come to take a dip in the river ghats.
Shown in the video are people taking a dip in the Tungabhadra River during Sivaratri festival at Hampi. A few people enjoying the cruise in river and the video also shows an natural scene on the banks of the Tungabhadra at Hampi- the World Heritage Site.
