Fort and Large Masonry Elephant in Coorg district

Coorg fort built in 19th century has stone ramparts which bear testimony to the brilliance of the architecture and construction during those days. It is a well designed and arranged fortress. At present the space inside it is occupied by the prison, the court, large masonry of elephant, a library, a temple, a chapel, and a small museum.
