Mohammadan Tomb and Darga at Hampi
Featured here are the Mohammadan tomb and Darga at Hampi built by King Krishnadeva Raya as a symbol of communal harmony. These monuments stand as a variety, when compared to other Vijayanagara architectures. Hampi, a historic site was once the seat of the Vijayanagara dynasty in Karnataka. It is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site situated on the southern bank of Tungabhadra River in India.
