Tagore Hill, Ranchi, Jharkhand

This video presents Tagore Hill, one of the popular tourist attractions in Ranchi, Jharkhand state of India. It is located 3 km from Ranchi GPO and is about 300 ft high.

This hill is associated with Tagore family and hence the name Tagore Hill. Many books are supposed to have been written by Rabindranath Tagore on the top of the hill.

There is also the Ramakrishna Mission Ashram and its office at the foot of the hill. Tourists from all around the country visit this place since it has its own significance in the history.
