Muta Crocodile Centre, Ranchi

Muta crocodile breeding centre is situated about 23 km away from Ranchi, Jharkhand state of India. It was commissioned in the year 1987 under International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) program of conservation of endangered species.

It is situated in the middle of the forest and is a peaceful place for the visitors. Crocodile breeding in this centre started with five crocodiles brought from different regions.

It is a perfect place for those who like crocodiles. There is a rest house inside the centre for the needs of the visitors.
