Enjoy your time at Pangong Tso Lake

Situated at a height of around 4,350 meters, Pangong Tso is an endorheic lake in the upper Himalayan Mountain Range. This beautiful lake is located 160 kilometers from Leh in Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir state of India. The vast expanse of mountain ranges beams you a glimpse of the lake flocked by migratory birds. One of the interesting facts is that the last shot of the Bollywood film, 3 Idiots was shot here.

Travel tips:
Nights are very cold at the lake and also carry warm clothes when you are at Pangong Tso Lake. The best time to travel the lake is during summer season, ie from June to September.

Pangong Tso can be reached in a 5 hour drive through the mountain road of Himalayas from Leh.
