The Phantom production house running by four prominent filmmakers, Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane, Vikas Bahl and Madhu Mantena. The main objective of the production house is to make content-based films and nurturing the budding talent.

Lootera is the maiden movie of Phantom and Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha will do the main roles.
