Department, a massive version of the film Sarkar

Bollywood director Ram Gopal Varma considers his new film Department, an item. RGV says that it is a massive version of the 2005 released hindi film, Sarkar. The upcoming film Department has Sanjay Dutt and Rana Dagupathi in lead roles.
