Tibetan Momos- A Tasty Dish
Formerly known as Bhagsu, Dharmasala is a popular town in Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh state of India. McLeod Ganj, a village and one of the suburbs of Dharmasala is very well known as it is the home of Dalai Lama - the spiritual leader of the Tibetans. Hence the village is considered sacred and believers throng here to seek the blessings of Tenzin Gyatso (the 14th Dalai Lama).
The video shown here has women selling Tibetan Momos, a tasty dish similar to pastry made by using simple flour with a little yeast and baking soda.
