Cluster fig and medicinal uses

The Cluster fig, scientifically known as Ficus racemosa, is a popular Indian tree. Its fruit are called gular in the north and atti in the south.  The bark of this tree is said to have healing power, especially those people whose skin is very sensitive to insect bites, and the paste made of fig bark is a very simple home remedy. Indian Fig Tree, Gular fig, Udumbara Tree are other popular names of this tree.
