Two decades of Cancer Research - an interview with Dr. Radhakrishna Pillai

Dr. Radhakrishana Pillai, the Director of the Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology at Thiruvananthapuram is a forefront of cancer research and he shares his two decades of cancer research experience.

Every day new inventions are coming up in the field of cancer treatment and research. He says that, medicine has been founded for a few Human papillomavirus (HPV) which causes cervical cancer, research developments in oral cancer and how to sustain the level of curcumin in blood level as its ability to inhibits the progressive of growth of pre malignant lesions.

Dr. Radhakrishna Pillai is currently the Director of the Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Previously he was a professor of molecular medicine at the Regional Cancer Center (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram. He is also an elected Fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences and the Indian Academy of Sciences.
